Here you will find updates on the Sweet Pea Project, as well as anything going on in the world that relates to childloss. If you have a suggestion for a topic you would like to see discussed here, I'd love to hear it. International Babylost Mothers Day

Today seems like an appropriate day to launch the new Sweet Pea Project Blog because today is our day. International Babylost Mothers Day.

Many of you probably know the organizer of this special day, Carly Dudley, through her work at To Write Their Names In The Sand. She is the beautiful mother of Christian, who passed away just days after my Madeline. The work she has been doing in his name is incredibly inspiring, and International Babylost Mothers Day is no exception.

United in grief, we find love and strength.

IBMD recognizes babylost women all over the world as mothers. Just because a woman loses her baby, does not mean that she is not a mother anymore. She will be a mother for the rest of her life. On this special day in May we come together to celebrate our connection, our children and our hope for the future. IBMD is a day for love, peace, remembrance and recognition.

If you know a mother who has lost a child, please visit this link: youareabeautifulmother.blogspot.com and grab one of Carly's gorgeous flowers to send as a reminder that she is a beautiful mother.

And if you are one yourself, today is your day and this flower is for you.

For more information on this special day, please visit internationalbabylostmothersday.blogspot.com.

I wish you the most beautiful of days, in remembrance of your child and mine.

peace,
Stephanie
